BEACH PARK RENO

HeiGHTS HOUSE

This 1920s Japanese style bungalow was renovated prior to Nicole purchasing the property for her personal residence. This home was featured in the spring 2017 issue of Cottage White Magazine. Click PHOTOS to see the neutral tones throughout the space.

RIVERSIDE AIRBNB

This AirBnb in Riverside Heights was a blank canvas when the clients contacted Nicole to outfit the home for their short term rental. The clients wanted a modern farmhouse feel while maintaining a comfy and cozy space for their guests. Click PHOTOS to see the full design.

This traditional bungalow home was a sight for sore eyes when Nicole was brought on to do some minor renovations to help make the space more inviting for Airbnb guests. MODERN AIRBNB

This bungalow was renovated prior to Nicole coming on board to help design and outfit it with all the amenities guests need during their stay. palma ceia townhome

This townhome in Palma Ceia was outdated and lacked any type of backyard oasis. Nicole and Jeff worked together transforming this townhouse inside and out to turn it into a space that is comfortable and functional given the small footprint it has. Click PHOTOS to see the before and afters.

PORT TAMPA HOME

This new construction home was a blank canvas when Nicole was brought on to design the space and make it feel like home for her client. Nicole achieved the warm and cozy “home” feel her client longed for by replacing the plain builder grade features with new mirrors, wood panel walls, upgraded lighting and designer furnishings.
