JEFF
Jeff Patneaude is a graduate of The University of Florida and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Over the past decade, Jeff has represented, advised and consulted on numerous real estate transactions throughout Florida. He is a member of the FL Bar Association, in addition to holding his real estate license and home inspector license in Florida. He has yet to turn down any DIY home improvement projects that Nicole dreams up. Having lived in Tampa almost his entire life, Jeff is a true Florida boy and enjoys all of the outdoor activities that the sunny and sandy environment provides.
NICOLE
Nicole Hutchins is an interior designer, real estate agent and Airbnb expert. Discovering her passion for design at an early age, Nicole developed a niche finding pieces at yard sales, re-finishing them, and then selling them for a profit. She has been an active investor, property manager and expert in the short term rental market for over 5 years. Nicole has collaborated with other short term rental hosts to design, stock and manage their properties to achieve the maximum return on investment possible. As a Realtor, Nicoleβs wish is to help her clients with every aspect of their home buying or selling process.
